In addition to working with individuals, Amy is passionate about guiding leaders and organisations to have tough, compassionate and authentic conversations about positive culture change in toxic workplaces to create psychological safe environments so that everyone thrives.

Is the fear of failure in the driver’s seat of your career? Amy works with clients in a mindful and compassionate way. She knows fear is a mind killer, and that we are our own harshest critics. She helps clients identify fixed mindset tendencies, challenging those old stories we tell ourselves that just aren’t true. When people become immobilised with anxiety and self-doubt, crippled by a sense of not being good enough . . .fear can shrink our lives. Amy’s coaching style engages mindfulness which is effective at priming the brain to let go of fear.
