On your coaching journey, together we will:

I will be there to listen, challenge you, help you learn, and provide you with the confidence and preparedness to succeed. Not only will you be able to find answers to some of your toughest questions, but you’ll develop new skills that will make you feel more confident in the choices you make in the future.
Working together starts by identifying key themes and setting goals for the coaching engagement. From there, coaching typically takes place by Zoom, phone or in person, for 60 to 90-minute sessions.
Sessions are booked in blocks, typically spanning three to six months. For clients with specific short-term goals, individual 'drop-in' sessions are available. Each session ends with the identification of concrete and practical actions to address specific goals and issues. Organisational team coaching is based on contractually agreed outcomes established through exploratory sessions with the client.
Between sessions, you will be provided with support through email and brief phone calls as needed.
